Fitness & Wellness
Biometric feedback fitness and wellness with workouts, recovery, and meditation that adapt in real time.
Beyond Heart Rate Zones
Current fitness technology tracks your body but doesn't respond to it. Peloton knows your output but delivers the same class to everyone. Calm plays the same meditation whether you're actually calming down or not.
Our technology creates fitness content that genuinely adapts to YOUR body in real-time.
Applications
Adaptive Workouts
Exercise content that responds to real-time fatigue, heart rate recovery, and muscle engagement. Not just tracking—actively generating the next movement based on how you're doing.
Key metrics: HRV, lactate threshold estimation, movement quality, fatigue markers
Meditation That Works
Guided meditation that adapts based on whether you're actually relaxing. If your mind wanders, the content shifts. If you're deepening, it goes with you.
Key metrics: EEG alpha/theta waves, HRV, respiratory coherence
Recovery Optimization
Content that responds to HRV and recovery markers, guiding you through active recovery, stretching, or rest based on what your body actually needs.
Key metrics: Overnight HRV, sleep quality, readiness scores
Breathwork
Generated breathing patterns based on actual respiratory and cardiac response. The pace adapts to your capacity and progress.
Key metrics: Respiratory rate, HRV response, coherence scores

The Peloton Problem
Connected fitness promised personalization but delivered the same instructor-led class to millions of people. Premium hardware tracks output but doesn't change what it shows you.
With Tezit's technology, every workout is generated for you—your current fitness level, your fatigue state, your goals. The instructor avatar adapts. The music adapts. The intensity adapts.

Technical Deep Dive
We fuse biometrics from wearables (HRV/PPG, respiration, accelerometry/IMU for movement quality, EMG where available) to compute fatigue, readiness, and cognitive arousal. A deviation engine compares this to a target training state (e.g., desired HRV recovery curve, VO2 proxy, relaxation index) and conditions the generative model to synthesize the next movement/pose/interval and coaching script—rather than selecting from a static playlist. The application's negative limitation ("not pre-chosen, not pre-made, not assembled from preexisting assets") is central to avoiding legacy "adaptive playlist" paradigms.
Control heads modulate intensity (load, tempo, range of motion), cadence, rest timing, and even music orchestration in real time with end-to-end latency targets under ~100 ms to maintain perceived responsiveness. For meditation/breathwork, EEG alpha/theta markers and respiratory coherence drive synthesized guidance and soundscapes, maintaining entrainment without user distraction.
Multi-user weighting supports group classes (studio/virtual) by aggregating participant embeddings with fairness constraints, preventing the class from overfitting to extremes. User records log biometric trajectories against generated content to fine-tune personalization models while preserving privacy budgets and regulatory compliance for health-adjacent data.
